I always wonder when these lives come up with these weird concepts, like he is saying that the little black kid with the knife at track me should get some break for being a person of vague color, and it is quite vague, I have a little tint, myself,….that some weight be given to the color of his skin when he has just knife a man in the heart who is standing there and disbelief. I think there's a good possibility that this verdict gets tossed on Batson grounds; a prosecutor who keeps every Black off the jury in a case like this is asking for appellate trouble.
