There is no best way. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the entire middle east is nothing but a cesspool of squabbling Muslim groups that have been shooting at each other for as long as the firearm has been around (before that they were throwing rocks at each other!). Add a heavily armed Jewish state in the middle of it, stir well and we're left with middle east of today. It's impossible to solve one problem there without creating 3 more in its place. I'd like to beam the entire middle east to the far side of Pluto and leave it there! 😕

Biden seems to think that Israel not targeting oil facilities will spare the oil market. That is insane. Targeting military targets will start a war. Iran said they would respond "immediately". Biden just doesn't care how much you will be paying for fuel. After all, he ain't running for another term.
