I think firing him was a PR stunt by ABC to create a buzz around him and boost his ratings when they brought him back. It'll work for the short term, but he's not funny and his libtard fan base is shrinking.

its because the left has learned they can tell lies and their base will believe them.
it looks to me like they would get fed up with being made fools by their handlers.

Trump's FCC head said that ABC could either suspend Kimmel or "we can do it the hard way". Trump said in an interview after Colbert's show was shut down "Fallon and Kimmel are next"? MAGA wants you to believe Kimmel said something offensive, but he actually said MAGA was determined to say the killer was "anything but MAGA" and that they were using the murder for political ends which was true. The governor of Utah said it was "a political assassination" before they even had a suspect. He "prayed" that the shooter wasn't Republican. Trump and Vance didn't blame the shooter, they blamed all Democrats, liberals and left wingers. Kimmel was right, and MAGA was mad that he called them out. So Trump had him suspended.
