As I understood it, SCOTUS was pretty clear that the Biden administration was not violating free speech here because the policies of self-moderation/censorship already existed within these corporations user policies. I think Zuckerberg wanted to lay blame on Biden for his companies policies but then SCOTUS asked him to provide evidence of government -led censorship but they had none.

It is fascist to take a program off of the air, but it is not fascist to force a network to carry it You would say is overreach to threaten govt action for airing a show, but not overreach for not airing the show?
How does the const first amendment create an obligation for a station to carry someone’s program? Or a speech by somebody?
I have been on another forum, but it is not half as astounding as this one is I wonder what youguys will say every day

The 1st Amendment bars the government from censoring or attempting to censor speech unless it falls into several narrow categories already mentioned.
