@Mott-The-Hoople saidAs I understood it, SCOTUS was pretty clear that the Biden administration was not violating free speech here because the policies of self-moderation/censorship already existed within these corporations user policies. I think Zuckerberg wanted to lay blame on Biden for his companies policies but then SCOTUS asked him to provide evidence of government -led censorship but they had none.
Hypocrites

@Mott-The-Hoople saidIf you are referring to Jones being removed or limited on various social media sites in 2018, besides that predating the Biden administration, this article helps explain why that isn't a First Amendment issue:https://www.ntdaily.com/opinion/editorials/the-censorship-of-alex-jones-is-not-an-infringement-on-free-speech/article_a0d45040-d1cb-590d-83b2-f12606875f4e.html

@no1marauder saidIt is fascist to take a program off of the air, but it is not fascist to force a network to carry it You would say is overreach to threaten govt action for airing a show, but not overreach for not airing the show?
Because I have no idea WTF you are talking about?
How does the const first amendment create an obligation for a station to carry someone’s program? Or a speech by somebody?
I have been on another forum, but it is not half as astounding as this one is I wonder what youguys will say every day
@MickeyD saidThe 1st Amendment bars the government from censoring or attempting to censor speech unless it falls into several narrow categories already mentioned.

@no1marauder saidYou guys observe my hypocrisy I have seen in mini paragraphs. I am just observing one of my own. You call something fascist that is not and you say something is not fascist when it is.

I observe in my statement the hypocrisy that I stated in the one last sentence. There is no bloody to it. I speak the hypocrisy
@Mott-The-Hoople saidBy now, you know the FCC chief threatened ABC and its affiliates with retaliatory regulatory action if Kimmel wasn't punished by them whereas nothing of the sort was done in any of the cases cited by right wingers.
