Wish I had a ticket to see them last night. I would have rolled the fattest joint possible to smoke at that concert. Wonder if they were as good last night as they were when I saw them in 69.

As much as I like those guys, they just aren't Led Zeppelin as long as John Bonham remains dead.

So was Pink Floyd Pink Floyd after Syd got kicked out? After Roger was out?

all the reports ive seen here in london were very positive. jason bonham is said to know all of his dad's parts brilliantly and jimmy page was great. i know that robert plant cant quite manage the high notes any more but is not a big deal. i saw plant with his band about a year ago and when they did a couple of zeppelin numbers, it sounded just like the real thing. looking forward to seeing a recording of the 02 event, but ive got to say that the O2 is a lousy venue, unless you are one of the lucky few down at the front.

Led Zeppelin, the TEFL teacher's nemesis...No sooner have you taught students' that "love" is a stative verb than they start crooning, "Since I've been loving you..."

Nope--they've been "reconstituted Floyd" ever since. {Sigh}
