I’ve decoded your post and I’m guessing Abby decided to trans and her mother for whatever reason was so opposed to the idea that Abby had to face life as a 15 yr old trans male with the opposite of parental support.
Or Vivify is correct and the trans issue was not the only or main factor in Abby’s suicide,

Vivify points out that it's more likely (because it is, indeed, common) that it's the mother herself who dreamt things up because she couldn't face the fact that her hatred of her own child's nature drove the child to suicide.
Children killing themselves because they are forced to be queer are vanishingly rare. Children killing themselves because their family rejects them because they're queer is, unfortunately, relatively common.
