it says debates on the tab , so we're allowed to argue .. i wouldn't have posted this in the science section

re the new constitution of rights; think a key part is all data held on you is YOUR property.

a flaw in the current UK laws is the 10 pounds in the post needed to request data
it doesn't work online or take into account the complexity of the internet / mobile phones
a lot of the data protection act makes sense but think it fails as to few people use it,

companies including this site should be able to show all data held,
and the means to request it should be simple and secure ...

to be honest i think most people won't care that much about the exact details
but it is an important principle. as increasingly personal data is becoming like property
