No we are saying that Putin will do whatever he can to tilt the election in Trumps favour because they have an agreement that trump will let Russia walk all over the foreign policy of the US if he gets back in the White House.
I am sure they would, but not with Trump. Trump slapped more sanctions on Russia than Obama did.
