For what its worth the site is hosted in Sweden. I don't think GW is gonna host his site there 😉
Not at all a spoof. They've blocked access to all IP ranges resolving to non-US domains. You can get to the site by going through a US proxy server, or seraching google for cached pages.
Just to prove it aint a Swedish domain... 🙂

In a weird sort of way, I can understand why Dubya has to disallow access to IP addresses outside the US. Given how popular he is outside the US, he must fear possible server attacks or hacking attempts on his site just before the elections.

Do a nslookup on www.georgewbush.com, then based on the IP , do whois. I see the site is down at the moment, cant even ping it, but that IP actually belonged to a swedish SP.
Either way it is pretty much impossibly to single out a particular country based purely on IP.
