I think it is fair to say that, in the West since WW2, the female archetype has dominated - naturally. Toxic male fascism destroyed vast swathes of the world, so people swung hard away from that sort of thinking, for decades.

But memories fade.

I think the problem is not swinging away from the dominance of the female archetypal thinking to something more balanced - that was bound to happen eventually and should happen. The problem is veering away from balance to let horribly IMMATURE males dominate - basically Trump and all his ilk (and all of the right-wingers in these Forums).

The people in power now are angry little children who think being male means to "show everyone." And the mature males who know they are being idiots are largely silent OR, quite frankly, lazy.

The answer to this is NOT more female energy! We've had plenty of that, and it is actually becoming a little bit cloying. What we need is the mature males to stand up - and they are not. They've been encouraged to be quiet for many years, and they try to be accommodating and sensitive to others, so they are not speaking out.
