@booger saidA liberal simply would NOT have taken this brother out. Am I wrong?
After defending himself and others by killing the BLM robber, he took the cash and gave everyone their money back.
I read that Texas has a law where you can use lethal force in a robbery situation.
The dead robber just got out of prison for a 2015 robbery that left a victim dead.

@kevcvs57 saidSadly, he will most likely be charged and sent to prison.
Well you probably need help but I’ve suspected as much for a while.
The shooter would be charged with Ist degree murder in any civilised country or state but hey don’t think too about that too much about that.
Would you rather the nightmare creature that robbed the place be allowed to escape so he could keep doing it?
He was a convicted murderer that got out early, a lot of future victims were saved when he got stopped.

@jj-adams saidYou are wasting your time with Kev, he was thinking awww, we should’ve asked this gentleman who obviously should not live among civilized people to sit down with him and have a cup of coffee, and tell Kev something about himself.
Sadly, he will most likely be charged and sent to prison.

I guess that Kev would’ve assumed on the spot that the man was, unarmed, or, he could’ve been wrong and gotten his throat cut. I just checked my 380 tb sure it is fully loaded. Why are libs so loose about such situations. A real puzzler.

@jj-adams saidIf the person at the other table was the daughter of the shooter, and the cretin was wrestling her for her pocketbook, would Kev have a different point of view? Assume the shooter was a paraplegic and all he had was his gun.
Sadly, he will most likely be charged and sent to prison.

The person shot was not a "convicted murderer" though he was convicted of robbery in 2015.
