Science is kinda uncertain in the matter of assigning who should be able to play in certain sporting events. A libertarian might think it best to leave that to the athletic organizations involved rather than the central government.

Actually, gender affirming treatments for transgender women reduce muscle mass and testosterone levels as I already showed you in Lia Thomas' case. Whether there remains a significant competitive advantage for those who have had such treatments is an open scientific question which the athletic organizations should resolve, not ignorant politicians or internet posters largely motivated by hatred plus partisan politics.
