Worked fine over here seems to have drastically reduced smoking rates and disease caused by passive smoking.
How much is big tobacco giving you for this little culture battle.
Anyone who is ok inflicting this life threatening choice on others including children should be restrained whilst a heroine addict sticks a needle full of smack in their arm.

Do you smoke tobacco?

33% Yes
42% No
25% I used to but quit.

I smoke at home, not in public and if I'm outside nobody is around.

Weed too 😉

"Here" ain't Mexico.
My guess is it will be enforced against tourists because they got money.
Natives will blow it off and the police will leave them alone.

Fair enough
I used to smoke but even then I didn’t like being in a smoke filled bus, train or bar. As for the weed I would make an exception for that just to chill everyone the hell out.

'Here' will indeed soon be here. Maybe even rename our country. God, I hope that there is not an X in the new name. It would be like having a 'V' in our name if Russia defeats us.

In the early 1900's getting caught with a Colt .45 Auto in Mexico was an instant death sentence, no trial, no nuthin, they just lined you up against the wall and shot you.
Didn't do any good.

Works fine in the normal world though.

Must be something to do with the inbreds we sent to the Americas.

Probably bypassed by them cartels selling drugs to the US and picking up shed loads of privately owned guns in part exchange 🙄

Point is they outlawed guns and drugs and can't control either, but they think a no smoking in public law will be followed?

Giving fines to tourists is a quick cash grab.
South American authorities invented corruption.
