In 1968 , there was plenty of crime, murder, drugs prostitution, laziness among Blacks. That's what MLK was trying to change.
In 1968 there was plenty of crime, murder, drugs, prostitution, in destitute areas, you know, like the whites in the rust belt today.
It’s cyclical poverty that causes cyclical high crime rates, tackle poverty and you’ll only have white collar crime to worry about.
