Did Not say buy a new car. Everyone notice this perfect example, lib adds a factor that was not in the premise. The word car was not even mentioned., I said you need to upgrade your belt. The crappy belt was chosen, FREEly, by yourself and you find you made a mistake. You could turn to the government for a FREE new belt, but then that would not be fair to me, with my sa ...[text shortened]... of the problems that libs keep thinking are problems can be solved by simply applying contract law.
I learned something new. I thought the belts were hard-wired into the seat/door of the vehicle, had no idea you could swap them out for more comfortable ones. I'm not sure how that works, but I'll give it a whirl. Thanks.

It's an interesting point though. You're saying that the government is justified in mandating a seat belt because it doesn't hurt you (Joe) personally, even though it hurts me currently and I feel it infringes on my freedom. Now all I have to do is inconvenience myself by going out and buying a new belt or car, or petitioning big gubment for a new one. Got it.

By the way, you should have tried my vaccine. It didn't hurt me at all. Maybe we should suggest to all the babies refusing vaccination that they should get a different vaccine. The doctor gives you a lollipop afterwards and everything.

Babies.

Guarantee that I will not become impotent, that I will not have a reaction 10 years from now, that my daughter will not become infertile. (I mean the ant-vax people,, I think everyone should take it). You cannot guarantee that. And don't forget the Christian Scientists. If Biden succeeds in his tyranical move, how will he handle the Christian Scientists?

As to your surprise at discovering ability to swap belts, I have a simple answer, from the capitalist in me: EVERYTHING is possible in the United States of America. Go for it. And they may say 'no charge'. I love this country.

Can you guarantee that I won't be decapitated by my own seat belt? No you can't. Your arguments about vaxxes trampling freedom are trash if you support mandates in other realms of public safety.

You never replied to my comment about guaranteeing that I won't be decapitated by a seat belt.

I had to bring this back up given your requirement that the government guarantee your sperm potency... This just in... COVID reduces fertility by 18%.
