Marauder, sorry to get your passable mind-set into this embroilment, too good to pass up. Remember,, though, regardless the comments of these turkeys, that everything I am saying has to do with the premise that the govt should not do that which is not in the constitution, and the word mandate ain't in there, and to hell with the mandates, your links notwithstanding. Man, if Trump is back, and I hope he is, he will have a field day with mandates. I will love it.
And how many more will die then?

Wasn't 800k enough for him?

If only you people were as passionate about letting EVERYone exercise their Constitutional right to vote.

5 GOP-led states extend unemployment aid to workers who lose jobs over vaccine mandates

All last year, Republicans kept complaining that unemployment benefits during a deadly pandemic were making people lazy and hurting businesse ...[text shortened]... use they don't want to get vaccinated.

Stunning hypocrisy from the GOP is no longer surprising.
Refuse?

They didn't refuse to work, they refused the gene vaccine.
Tell me, if you were required (mandated) to have your finger cut off to work a job and you refused to have your finger amputated is that a refusal to work?

You, as usual, don't know what you are talking about.

Yes, federal, state and local governments can and do pass and enforce regulations to protect the public health and safety.

You're ignorant, but actually the requirement to wear a hair covering for certain restaurant employees is mandated by the Food and Drug Administration:

"The FDA Food Code1 offers two para ...[text shortened]... because the Federal government says so. https://www.transportation.gov/safety/mask-travel-guidance
"Yes, federal, state and local governments can and do pass and enforce regulations to protect the public health and safety"

Not by injecting a substance into their body. That is new.
The substance alters the biological properties of your cells and resets your genetic immune system. It is gene therapy. That is why they are called gene vaccines or genetic vaccines.

There is evidence that the gene vaccines cause immune deficiency. You are wildly misinformed as usual. OSHA has no right to inject healthy people with gene therapy.

The government is putting measures into effect to stop the spread of a deadly, communicable disease.

Why are right wingers so pro-disease? Do you really think individuals have a "right" to spread diseases?

The Constitution specifically allows the Feds to regulate interstate commerce. All restaurants are involved in such commerce, as are airlines, Uber and Lyft, com ...[text shortened]... n is not an impediment to "mandates" i.e. requiring businesses and individuals to do certain things.
You are deliberately misleading people and you know you are.
The gene vaccines do NOT prevent the spread of disease.

If vaccine mandates are good can we take real vaccines instead of gene therapy? If I go to Mexico and get the Sinopharm vaccine is that good enough for you? Does that meet your mandate criteria? Do you think Bill Gates would be okay with that? What if I go to Cuba and get their vaccine? That one is not a gene vaccine either.

A 100% vaccination rate will not end the pandemic. 100% vaccinated cruise ships proved that. Israel is proving that. Boosters made it worse.

tell me, do you think anyone will see you as anything but an imbecile for comparing cutting off one's finger to a potentially life saving vaccine?

Laudits to MB for great use of several analogies, including this one. The analogy is so simple (as they are meant to be in explaining a situation to a slow learner) that it goes right over the head of liberals.
MB nailed it. Above all, if you take lib mindset to its logical conclusion, President Zahlanzi would send squads out to hold people down to administer the shot into the inside of their bodies. Zahlanzi, how do you respond to my saying this? After all, you imply that everyone MUST follow such a mandate. Really creepy, Zahlanzi. It really is. Hitler-esque.

''...........mandated) to have your finger cut off to work a...........,''
Oh yeah sure, same exact thing as a shot.

My point is made. soooo confusing.

Not surprising, as you've
made no point at all.

You claimed it was a choice. My analogy is meant to show how obvious it is that it is not a choice. Nobody refused to work. They refused the gene vaccine.

There is evidence the gene vaccines degrade your immune system. Everyone should have the right to refuse a long term "immune deficiency" injection. I'm sure they will have another gene therapy solution for that though. The habitual conformists will be dependent on big pharma for the rest of their lives. If they have enough money. If not, they will get otherwise harmless illnesses that will kill them.

I'll bet Bill Gates is laughing about that too. After all, it is only happening to stupid sheep like people that are incapable of thinking for themselves. He thinks they deserve it.

Stop lying. Is your last name Trump?

Considering how stupid you sound, it's a very real possibility.

What on earth do you consider "new"? Vaccine mandates have been around at least since 1905.
