@wildgrass saidHe was “intelligent” enough to take on the position. Could be a feather in his CV cap for any future job interviews.🤔
Bill Pulte... Has no intelligence experience, no military experience, no government service experience of any kind.
How could you possibly have any idea how to run a massive government agency? What qualifications did he have to earn this position over the hundreds of other potential candidates?
This seems like a joke.
@Great-Big-Stees saidLOL Maybe his next gig will be negotiating the Iran nuclear deal.

@wildgrass saidYou guys keep me laughing with failure to deal with a simple point. First thank you Mott, you are doing great. THISis the wrong audience, unfortunately. You see, your point is inconvenient,, pee their pants, take to their beds with their 40-yr old pillow.
They were judges with law degrees and decades of experience.
How is this guy supposed to head an intelligence agency with zero hours ever working in the field or in the military or in government?
THE POINT was that sleepy Joer ANNONCED that the next judge would be a black and , a woman. A Black Woman. That was his go-by, his template.
You are suposed to respond just to that. You have to DEFEND that, don't you see. The debate judges want to hear your response?
Now you coud use a Sue line.......I DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYthing!!!
You're dead. Thanks Mott I have been taking a breather today. ( he wont answer)
@wildgrass saidono notfundingagainfromwildgrass
Ok but the bookmarks in the analogy are people with even a few hours of experience in military intelligence. If none of them are to be trusted by our own government, why are we increasing their funding?
Funding funding funding
@wildgrass saidI can help your analogies, especially this one, it is quite disjointed , you need to zero in on one seminal point.. if you lost me, you surely lost them.
It would be like if you asked the plumber who just fixed your toilet and never completed high school if he could serve as superintendant of a massive school district.
Or maybe someone who was a CEO of a very successful Fortune 500 company but now you ask him to fix your toilet.
But instead of that this rando has been asked to run extremely sensitive, complicated opera ...[text shortened]... t practices in cardiac surgery?
And the guy replies "Sure I can do that".... what?
Very weird.
And you did lose me.
@AverageJoe1 saidI think people should be qualified through relevant job experience for the extremely important government leadership positions to which they apply. That's the point.

Stepping into a role as the director of national intelligence without a single hour of qualified job experience is dangerous for the entire world.
Are you disagreeing with that?
@Mott-The-Hoople saidThat's got to be one of the stupidest articles I've ever read.

There's nothing contradictory about a SCOTUS judge saying it's part of the job to "tell people in my opinions how I feel about the issues" and to interpret the Constitution and the law.
The very point of writing opinions is to explain your positions on issues; otherwise, the SCOTUS could just vote on the disposition of a case and write nothing but a one sentence order.
@wildgrass saidIt's as bad a choice for the position as Tulsi Gabbard.

Only Trump sycophants need apply.
@wildgrass saidThe next one in line is Kermit.
