Look at his name and his qualifications. It is right at the beginning of the report. Anybody can claim it is partisan BS, but you need evidence that it is false. You can parrot Jocelyn Benson's BS all you want, but that does not make the only existing forensic analysis that I am aware of partisan BS.

Many European countries prohibit voting machines including the UK.

Voting machines are a racket. They are an expensive way to waste money and have to count paper ballots anyway in the end. Explain why we need them.
