@wildgrass saidThat is what I asked you. What does Venezuela have to do with the forensic analysis? And why would mentioning Venezuela discredit the report? Is Venezuela a dirty word now?
I asked you multiple times to explain it. Explain anything. For example, What forensic analysis links dominion voting to Venezuela?
You are beyond silly. You don't even want to talk about the context, assuming Venezuela was mentioned as you said. I don't even know Venezuela was mentioned. I am just going by what you claimed. Not that you claimed anything but mentioning Venezuela made him partisan in some way.
Venezuela has beautiful women there. There. I mentioned Venezuela. How doe that make me partisan biased? Context dude. Aside from you not wanting to believe the forensic analysis do you have any good reason you can cite? Or are you going to be like Benson and say it is lies and not prove anything is wrong in the report? Because that is all she did.
Nobody has proven the report wrong about anything. Especially not you.
@wildgrass saidDominion software is licensed from Smartmatic which is a Venezuelan owned
For the third time, the same question: Why was Venezuela in your forensic report?
and controlled company. That is what Ramsland wrote in the report. See 24

He also wrote that Jocelyn Benson made false statements regarding the tabulator totals tape. See 5
So the liar is calling Ramsland a liar. Big surprise.
I cannot find anything Ramsland wrote in the report inaccurate. Can you? Jocelyn Benson is a liar. See 5 in the report.
@shavixmir saidNo, it does not.
Surely this puts the final nail in the coffin of all the lies trump farted about the 2020 election?
First of all it was not Trump who was sued for defamation.
I read some articles about Newsmax settling in court for lying about Dominion, but none of them explained what the specific lie was? I still don't know. Someone on Newsmax floated a conspiracy theory that Hugo Chavez rigged the US election for Biden. But airing conspiracy theories is not illegal unless you are Alex Jones. Hillary Clinton floated a conspiracy theory that Gabbard was a Russian asset Gabbard did sue Hitlery for it, but I doubt it resulted in any defamation settlement. So politicians can lie all they want with impunity, but news outlets cannot even though the forensics report says Dominion is designed rig elections with it's Smartmatic software.
More importantly, why didn't Dominion sue the author of the forensics report? And didn't Newsmax use the forensics report in their legal defense? Or is this only about the whopper of a conspiracy theory claiming Hugo Chavez was behind Smartmatic software rigging the election?
I don't recall Trump claiming Hugo Chavez was rigging our election. So what does this have to do with Trump? You have been peddling this false narrative from the beginning. You thought Tucker was fired for telling lies about the election and he wasn't at all. Pirro was named in the lawsuit and she kept her job. And Tucker was not fired. He was under contract so he got paid. It was paid leave, not a firing. Why do you think Tucker was not complaining? He still got his money.
We all know Trump lies, but what did Newsmax specifically lie about? Maybe Newsmax settled to avoid a crap load of legal fees fighting the lawsuit. Sometimes you can win in the end and still lose money. And settlements are not an admission of guilt. It merely has the appearance of guilt in certain cases, like Michael Jackson for example. His settlement was no admission of guilt. Maybe he just didn't want so much of his money going to lawyers, because they are the only winners in court. But Michael said weird things that made him seem guilty. It was more than the lawsuit.
What did Newsmax specifically lie about? Maybe they didn't lie about anything and just didn't want to give all of their money to lawyers. Westinghouse was sued for patent infringement since Nicola Tesla was working at Edison Light when he discovered AC technology by JP Morgan. With the huge financial resources at Morgan’s disposal, Westinghouse had no other option but to hand over the patents to Morgan. Tesla did not steal any patents from Edison, but it didn't matter.

Tesla did not discover AC though. That is a popular myth. Tesla championed AC, but he didn't discover it.
