You're the legal guys, your opinions please:

If Donald Trump loses in November (very likely) what kind of legal problems will he face when 1. He won't be able to take refuge behind the oval office. 2. William Barr will no longer be A.G. 3. Mitch McConnell can no longer offer him cover in the Senate 4. Those tax return and financial records will be finally be made available. 5. The pending investigations against Trump, his company, and his foundation begin to wrap up.

It's looks like a perfect storm to me. 😏

Would it really be that wise, after failing to prove the Russia collusion allegations, to go pawns-to-the-wall on Trump?

It would look like they were targeting a now private citizen's finances in revenge for policies that they did not like, and it would serve to anger many of the people who have supported the President over the years.

It might be far more prudent for the Democrats, if they are victorious (which does not seem to be the most likely outcome), to avoid some vindictive pursuit of Trump's business empire. Not to mention, many of them may have financial histories with their own issues.

If he loses (not as likely as you think) he could just resign and have Pence give him a Nixon-style preemptive pardon.

I imagine he will lose.
We all said the same is 2016 so ya never know.

A president is protected when he is president so if any legal action is taken it will be for what he did before he was president.

Taxes and business stuff.

Long legal battles and he dies before prison or pays huge fines but declares bankruptcy again.

He won't see a prison cell.

They don't have a law degree either.

One is a paralegal and the other is his assistant.

Probably very little from the Feds. The Dems won't be interested in pursuing "old news".

Probably extremely serious ones from the NYS investigations.

No, I beg to differ. Perfect Storm? Hey, in a perfect storm, like the movie with George Clooney, who would you want at the helm. Joe Biden, wannabe nothing for 57 years, or Donald J Trump?

I thought so. Get with it everyone....be careful what you wish for. You are voting for AOC. The women is strong, tho, if you want strong. She would cut you.

Are you kidding? If he loses, I will dance in the streets.

If he loses, I would laugh at him right to his face if I ever saw him.

Personally, I think he should go to jail for all the lives he has ruined.

Along with his accomplices.
