@ogb removed their quoted postThe text of Nostradamus Century 2:53 is as follows:
53
The great plague of the maritime city
Will not cease until there be avenged the death
Of the just blood, condemned for a price without crime,
Of the great lady unwronged by pretense.
I did a search of the site [1] and the phrase "in the twin year" does not appear. Nostradamus' Wikipedia page [2] has the following to say:
There have also been several well-known Internet hoaxes, where quatrains in the style of Nostradamus have been circulated by e-mail as the real thing. The best-known examples concern the collapse of the World Trade Center in the 11 September attacks.
You're repeating an internet hoax. I suggest doing some basic checking before posting this stuff.

So 'squat diddly' rather than 'diddly squat' and 'wobblycollies' in place of 'collywobbles.'

@ogb saidThere wasn't any particular reason to remove the OP. Which was words to the effect that Nostradamus had predicted the pandemic on the basis that II:53 said something along the lines of: "In the double year (2020) something (can't remember this bit) from the East will go to the Land of Seven Hills (i.e. Italy).".
TY for the corrections..I don't own any books on Nostradamus, so I believed the information on the net.
