This is a great article/read, (short enough) and it will hopefully let you fellas, who think I don't know what socialism is, find out what socialism is.
The issue? Tell us where it is wrong . And, it could be. What do I know.........

What’s that in the US? Oh… waaaaay higher.
Denmark has a 99% literacy rate. The US? 79%.
Oh… murder rates? Do you even dare compare?
And the average Dane has a massive cock.
@averagejoe1 saidI read it Joe, and am fully aware what socialism is, we studied it in business school in far more detail than your silly little article here. So, what's the problem?

The Danes are content with their system that's produced a healthy, happy, and well-educated population that can compete successfully for high paying tech jobs in the 21st century that you cannot, in addition to Nobel prize winners in chemistry, medicine, physics, mathematics and other fields. Most Danes can read write and speak english much better than you can.
I'm sensing a little jealously in old Joe here...

@shavixmir saidThere are 5 bonus days on top of that. And if you are in banking you get another week besides that.
They've got an average of 5 weeks paid vacation a year and plenty of money to spend travelling...

@lundos saidIt is not about Denmark per se, it is to compare capitalism to the hideous unworkable concept of socialism. Did you not love comparing the two pictures? I know....oh, that isn't happening where I live.
@AverageJoe1
What exactly do you want to discuss about Denmark?
Travel?? Them Danes dont likely travel near as much as we capitalists do, with money left over.
27 Jan 22
@averagejoe1 saidSure. When was the last time you travelled to a foreign country, not work related?

@averagejoe1 saidWhy are you telling a Danish person how Danes are? In any case you are wrong. Both about the Danish welfare system (and so is your article in multiple places), what economic KPIs should be used to measure the difference in the US and Denmark, and the fact that (a lot) Danes love to travel. And unlike a lot of Americans we can afford it (check PPP). That's why you meet Danish people all over the world even if we are less than 6m in total. Besides that people talk all the time about vacation, where they are going or where they just came from, and if anyone can recommend places to go.

@averagejoe1 saidNo it’s not about Denmark it’s about how a country and people can flourish under capitalism as long as they employ some very moderate socialist principles in order to prevent unbridled capitalism’s tendency toward dystopia.

We keep telling you Joe but you just will not listen, or cannot understand.
