The "citizen businessman" here has no interest but what he is allowed by his landlord in furtherance of the purpose of the rest stop.

And communal property is the Natural State of Man and needs no further justification while handing chunks of natural resources to State favored individuals does.

All land in the US was stolen from the indigenous population, that’s just an historical truism. With the collusion and encouragement of that government that you hate individuals just staked out and occupied land the belonged to neither them or the government
So it’s certainly fair to say of land ownership in the US is the result of theft

All of the above lib posts are quite free-wheeling about the government…..but it is understandable, those dear hearts, mother government is a BIG deal to libs, it really is.
Make up a story about the ladies’ cooking club and work somehow the word government in there…….you will draw them like flies to cow patties. Maybe follow up with ‘Should ladies be forced (by govt) to accept men into the Club? Then ask how that squares with the swim creature Lia Slime caper.

Is that a mandate? I've stopped at many that are just one restaurant and a gas pump. States use rest stop revenue to pay for the road, so if a Chick Fil-A is there then there's less money for roads.

I'd wager a guess that if the rest stop were privately owned, Chick Fil-A would not be there. Unless the rest stop was owned by Chick Fil-A.
