For those wondering:

In protest of the 2020 US election results, the Attorney General of Texas (the highest law enforcement officer in the state) filed a legal suit with the US Supreme Court. It asked that mail-in ballots from 4 other states be disregarded because the odds of Joe Biden winning those 4 states, in certain circumstances, was 1 in a quadrillion (1,000,000,000,000,000, sorry I don't know how to keyboard a 10 to a power).

It is those certain circumstances that cause this statistic to fail.

From PolitiFact.com:


"...This purported statistical analysis assumes votes in the November election were uniformly distributed across every county.

Building on that assumption, it says the late swings to Biden in four key states were statistically virtually impossible.

But the last votes to be counted weren’t a random sample — they were absentee ballots and from large cities, both groups that swing very heavily to Democrats.

Given which votes were uncounted in the wee hours of Nov. 4, the swing to Biden was expected, logical and legitimate..."
