In the video, which is just a clip, you hear Del. Tran say her bill would allow an abortion even if a woman was dilating.

She released a statement saying, "we need to trust women to make their own healthcare decisions" and Democrats called it an "orchestrated attack."

If you folks on the (holier than thou) right wing cared 1% as much for these kids after they were born than you did before, when they serve your political needs, I'd agree with you. Too bad most of these kids will grow up in poverty, with little chance to lead a productive life because any public assistance they try to obtain will be cut off by the next (holier than thou) right wing lawmaker, branding it socialism.

Genocidal baby killers set up the abortion debate as either being against the woman or against the infant when, in reality, we should be for both. Both governmental programs as well as many faith based outreaches are available to women.

I'm not sure anyone who thinks of Trump thinks of him as a Christian. In fact, I think the fact that he is so secular is why he was elected. I think people like Pence, with the religious image, is a big turn off to most voters in America because it has become so secularized.

Having said that, every politician in Washington DC lies, so would you put Hillary and Obama and Trump all in the same category? Of course not. one is the devil and the other two are just fine in your book.

But when it comes to lying, it is worth investigating what is being lied about. For example, Trump lies about the crowd at his inauguration, but has he made any lies like Obama when he lied about our health care? Did Trump lie to us about a health care policy that would be cheaper, we would be able to keep our same doctor, and keep our same health care plan? No, he did not, but if Obama were a CEO selling a false premise like that, he would be in jail.

Senator Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) condemned the controversial comments from Democratic Governor of Virginia Ralph Northam on whether an infant can be killed even after they are born under certain circumstances.


"What the Governor of Virginia said was morally repugnant," said Sasse to Fox News' Dana Perino on Thursday.

"I mean this wasn't the old Democratic party argument fifteen or twenty years ago that abortion should be safe, legal and rare," he explained.

"What he was actually talking about," Sasse continued, "was a little baby girl being born alive and him saying well let's try to comfort the baby a little bit while the mom and the doctors have a debate and whether a whole bunch of doctors get together and say, 'yeah we think infanticide is ok.' That's actually what he was talking about."

"It's breathtaking stuff," he added.

"And if he can't say that protecting a little baby girl who has survived an abortion is something that we as a society all believe in together," he emphasized, "he really should get the hell out of office."





Perino played a video of a Planned Parenthood spokesperson defending the governor's comments and attempting to place them into a different context.

"The comments that the governor of Virginia said on the radio are about fourth trimester abortion," Sasse replied. "This is not abortion it's infanticide!"

"And every Democrat should have to answer with whether they stand with little baby girls who are born alive surviving an abortion, or whether they stand with Governor Northam's repugnant comments," he concluded.

Gov. Northam was asked by reporters later if he regretted his controversial comments. He replied that he did not regret them, and instead said he was "disgusted" with the derision he received from those who disagree with him.
