As a businessman myself, I can see where an employee would be disgruntled and not want to leave the benefit of that house. So the way I see it as the businessman, is that I would have made the proper decision if the person I fire will not leave the house, that means that she needed firing. We don’t want people like that in the government. And no, I have never heard about this until you wrote it. I am sure it is true.
We only want people in the government that do exactly what the president tells them to do. You might agree with that statement, but then you have often said that we should not be loyal to the president, so there you have it. Conflict City.

You are describing a FKING KING. For instance, the AG of the US is supposed to be independent from POTUS. When Trump controls AG, HE IS ON HIS WAY TO BEING A KING.
