Sunhouse appears to be fully prepared to argue this case in the Supreme Court. And what he says, he has more knowledge about the ins and outs of this premise than the lawyers do. Do I read Sunhouse now, or wait until the lawyers give us their opinions. Their opinions will be about 400 pages long. Luckily we only have a half a page from Sun house right now.

Do yourself a favor, maybe Garner a bunch of fans. Recall the saying of justice, Scalia …, attack the idea not the person. It would be so refreshing if you would write post about you’re thinking of ideas. Like the one where you want me to pay your child tuition. As an example. You wouldn’t attack me would you would rather talk about the issue. Plus all of this will make you feel much better.

Here is a great example of where you come up short on post. You sayWithout qualification that Trump did not have the legal power. You see Sonhouse , and follow me here, if it was cut and dry, they would not be going to the Supreme Court to ask them to say what THEY think.

That is because congressmen, repubs lets Trump get away with anything he wants legal or now.
They fall down and play dead whenever authority comes into question, falling into lockstep with Trump no matter WHAT problems they find with Trump edicts.
They PRIVATELY say he needs to be impeached but when push comes to shove they are WAY more interested in keeping there jobs than legislating which is their jobs.

The biggest thing that Corporation for Public Broadcasting has had going for it over the years is that it does not need advertising to survive. This has allowed them to pursue the news with objective and, frankly, more boring analysis.

Have you ever watched the NewsHour with Geoff Bennett/Judy Woodruff? I recommend trying it. It is a remarkably distinct experience for your brain compared to CNN or Fox.

There's no music in the background. There are no flash/flash camera cuts. Most importantly, they have shunned the inflammatory commentators that say things just for Twitter likes. Instead, PBS and NPR focus on the facts and reporters who can present those facts. There is a lot less twisting to push a piece of information into a narrative, rather they present the information to the viewer.

It's a very sad day for America to be losing independent news.

I am Atlanta-connected since the 60's. I know Judy Woodruff, got here start in Atlanta broadcasting. She is as liberal as a communist chinee. Look her up.

So you figure it is just FINE if we eliminate ALL liberal media so the only thing you hear is what Trump WANTS you to hear, like the economy is doing GREAT, inflation is down, wages are up, jobs markets are through the roof, hundreds of thousands new jobs every month.
