Lawmakers taking a trip to the southern border isn't going to change the situation, anymore than lying about Mexico paying for a border wall will. Biden is trying to clean up a mess, Trump took 4 years to create. Good things, sometimes take time.

I’m not a fan of any pompous, egotistical “my way or the Highway” person, but the left, having no sound policies of their own, simply hate all things conservative so much that the mere name of a Republican has them spitting venom.

Trump didn't create it but he didn't do much of anything to fix it either. Similar crises happened under his watch and he shipped immigrants all over the country, released them in Arizona. His actions were reminiscent of a child who wants dessert but doesn't want to eat the sprouts.

Trump did was make a deal with Obrador of Mexico to stop caravans from Guatemala from entering Mexico!!
Biden let the deal go. And by anyone's measure (except democrat MSM) the border situation is worse now.
