No, but they are probably going to take more from the rich - mainly because, well, they can afford it (without any detriment to their lifestyle) more than the poor. You'll complain about this, of course, but its precisely this setting up of haves and have nots which has led to your recent problems with global terrorism.

Of course, it's going to take many, many years of responsible financial planning to be able to do any of those things after the wasteful, both monetarily and in terms of human lives, practices of the chimp.
