It’s complete madness.

Something’s rotten in the State of Denmark!

Possibly a vaccine bounce. It makes me wonder how much closer the election would have been if these vaccines announcements had been made a few weeks earlier.

49% disapproval does not necessarily mean 51% approval.

For trump to give the nod on Biden’s transition. Even hedge funds like a modicum of stability.

@Duchess64 considering how off the mark pollsters were in predicting the 2016 and 2020 presidential races, I do not trust these numbers. They may be valid considering how many voted for Trump and how fake news and outrageous lies have been digested and accepted by so many in the U.S.

Yeah go on then pretend not have noticed he was trying to steal the election by bullying states legislators into not certifying elections and / or sending competing electors to the college.
You obviously believe in fairy dust and coincidence.

That's a good point, but I think polls have been getting unfair criticism as of late. Yes, polls were off by how much Trump would lose, they were still correct in predicting his loss. Polls said Hillary would win against Trump; sure enough, she received 3 million more votes than Trump, despite the EC loss.

Polls aren't intended to be magic crystal balls that tell the future, but a general measuring of where people are on certain topics.

This poll may not be accurate but it gives a good read on how many people in the U.S. still support Trump. How off can it be, given Trump's 73 million votes just 3 weeks ago?

One shouldn't rely on one poll. The RCP aggregate still shows his net approval at minus 8.6%. https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/president_trump_job_approval-6179.html
