But instead, you folks keep badgering the people who DO work, who are producers, then reward themselves by spending their earnings. But wait, you want to restrict their spending, and give their money to those poor people. Then, we will ask you, what percentage of the money of the rich should be given to these people? You never tell us a serious answer. The top 1% of taxpayers accounted for more income taxes paid than the bottom NINETY percent combined. But you want them to pay more? Do you want them to pay all income tax, so the other 90% dont have to pay any??
You fellers will gloss over that paragraph, but face it.....people need to get serious about work and independence. They get a job, work hard, dont have any kids, maybe dont get married, save money, always looking for an even better job around the corner. A guy at my golf course has been riding the same lawn mower for 40 years. Just let that sink in and you may see where I am coming from.
