Mass shootings are contagious. I noticed they came in clusters so I looked it up and confirmed it.

https://www.livescience.com/51429-mass-shootings-are-contagious.html

I watched the corporate news media focus long and hard on mass shootings knowing it would inspire more mass shootings. I spoke out about the killings that would propagate from the over the top news coverage of mass shootings saying it was irresponsible. Sure enough more mass shootings resulted. It wasn't hard to predict. It is common sense.

The corporate news media deserves a lot of hate mail for this. They know they are propagating mass shootings from their over the top coverage of mass shootings. So why are they doing it?

Is it to push a gun control agenda?
Is it to push a censorship agenda?
Is it to distract us from Ukraine losing the war?
All of the above?
Something else?

What is your opinion? Why is the news media propagating mass shootings?

Mass shootings are primarily an American "thing" . Other nations with high gun ownership do not have this problem .
Doing little to nothing has not helped .

That is because the American corporate news media propagates mass shootings.
How much news coverage do other nations give mass shootings?

Give mass shootings less news coverage and you will get less mass shootings. Wouldn't that be different? DUH!

Less media coverage of mass shootings will result in one thing happening.

Congress will put their collective head in the sand, and nothing will ever get done to protect children from mass shootings in school.

Hell of an agenda you have there, comrade.

Ahhh, so the truth comes out.

You want more mass shootings now so you can get gun control passed. Right?
How many lives are you willing to sacrifice for a limited amount of gun control?

Wrong.

How much news coverage do other nations give mass shootings?

Rather more, because they're rarer over here.

Give mass shootings less news coverage and you will get less mass shootings.

Already proven, in practice, to be wrong.

Seriously, you can't just go about saying "if only we behaved like these other countries" without looking at how these other countries actually behave. OK, I know it's an Amuhrican tradition, but you really are making yourself a laughing stock in the eyes of anyone who actually lives here.

How do you know it is more?
Why is it rarer in the Netherlands?

@Metal-Brain
So the fault in your opinion has nothing to do with the availability of guns. Got it.
You don't LACK education, you REBEL against it which is why you put up such ridiculous arguments.
It has been proven time and again if you limit the access to assault rifles mass shootings go way down but you are incapable of understanding any of that. And OF COURSE you will answer with yet another stupid ploy of political deflection.

I never said that. It has a lot to do with the availability of guns, but you cannot do anything about it without repealing or altering the 2nd amendment. Until then condemn the corporate news media for propagating mass shootings.

Don't you care about saving lives?
Let me guess, you want more gun deaths in the short term so you can take away guns and save more lives in the long term. Right?

You need to repeal the 2nd amendment. Banning assault rifles will not help and they do not even fit the definition of assault weapons.

So you don't think all the conflicts in the middle east count or things like the
genocide in Rwanda things like that? Government crackdowns on descent are
not also mass killings; it is only when Americans do it to each other?

Technically, there are a lot of mass shootings in Central American countries like El Salvador. They have a lot of gangs that shoot a lot of people.

You are one STUPID SOB, just raising the age limit to 21 will keep teenage sicko's from buying weapons but you are too stupid to ever understand even THAT little change of present policy driven by the NRA who are thankfully nearing bankruptcy as the should.

Actually I support raising the age limit to 21, but only if they raise the age limit to 21 for serving in the military.

Oh yeah, demanding policy that will never happen, way to go comrade.
Any OTHER anti American BS you want to propagate while you are at it.
Just raising the age to buy weapons has PROVEN to stop teenage sicko's from school shootings but as usual you want to tie that with a political agenda.
Smooth move comrade.
