He admitted he was guilty of trespassing on restricted Capitol grounds and confessed to urging protesters to go to—and into—the Capitol on Jan. 6.
Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) claimed that Epps had "cooperated with the Jan 6 committee," and was removed from the FBI's most wanted list "because apparently he broke no laws."
Is that a contradiction?

If Ray Epps broke no laws why was he on the FBI wanted list?
He orchestrated the illegal entry of the capitol building. I thought that was illegal.
"In two interviews with the FBI in 2021, Epps explained his actions on Jan. 5 and Jan. 6. He admitted he was guilty of trespassing on restricted Capitol grounds and confessed to urging protesters to go to—and into—the Capitol on Jan. 6."
I thought trespassing on restricted Capitol ground was illegal. He obviously was working for the FBI.
From the link below:
""It doesn’t matter really what prison they’re in — and they’re in prisons across the country in indefinite incarceration — they are targeted," Kelly said, "they are specifically mistreated. They’re kept away from their families. They’re kept away from their defense attorneys, which, of course, is a constitutional violation on top of the few other constitutional Bill of Rights violations. So I’ll tell you, I just get inundated with stories and it’s almost impossible to cover because there’s so much happening. And then, of course, you have people who are then convicted or take plea deals hoping that the torment will end, and they’re sentenced to years in prison on nonviolent felonies like obstruction of an official proceeding.""

Yet Ray Epps is charged with nothing. He was the ring leader of it all.
@metal-brain saidHas the US got enough jails to house everyone who trespassed and urged each other to enter the Capitol? Perhaps they are saving the cell space for those who actually assaulted the cops and caused actual criminal damage to property.

Do you think the Oath Keepers should be jailed for being Oath Keepers?
@metal-brain saidLol 6, there were thousands at the rally doing exactly the same as ray epps so unless you think his membership of the oath keepers is reason enough for a jail term then I’m not sure what your beef is, but then I very rarely do
@kevcvs57
Of course we have enough room in jails. If we didn't the protesters that were arrested would not be held in indefinite detention without their constitutional right to a speedy trial.

@kevcvs57 saidThey will if they release everybody jailed for life for the crime of opening their mouths in the presence of a policeman while in the possession of either a brown skin, or an age under 25.

@sonhouse saidI’d love to see them in jail and the mugged off foot soldiers better educated and informed.
@kevcvs57
I keep waiting for Garland to drop the axe on Trump and the rest of that cabal.
I wonder if Rudy and Donald would share the same prison cell?
Would that not be a blast?
The sight of these blue collar types fighting on behalf of these criminal bloodsucking elitist 💩heads turns my stomach
@shallow-blue saidTrue, but what’s the chances of that in a country where money talks and everyone else walks

@kevcvs57 saidStop lying. He was on the FBI wanted list. Were thousands on the FBI list you moron?

@metal-brain saidLol being in a wanted list can mean the fbi simply want to talk to him about his actions and possibly the actions of others.

Answer the question : Do you think that being a member of the oath keepers warrants a jail term?
@kevcvs57 saidOsama Bin Laden. Did they just want to talk to him too? LOL
