US population 328 million
Deaths each day 8000
Total US deaths this year 944000
That means that Coronavirus represents less than 5 percent of all deaths, yet everyone is acting like this is the end of the world.
Reality check, people die. Reality check, this thing is not killing many people when compared to typical death rates.

@eladar saidThis is another stupid post. That number would be a lot higher if not for lockdowns. The whole point is to keep deaths as low as possible.

after claiming that only few dozen death (we now have a few dozen thousands) will be, Covid-19 related,
after claiming that therwas no exponential increase in early March (there was)
after claiming that the peak of covid-19 related death will be in early or latest mid April (it wasn't),
you pull out a new way to look at this, always claiming to be fact based, so what about looking at it this way?
daily death 8000
additional daily death 2000, so only 25% dail increase, nothing to see folks
time and again people told you that we can take stock only ater the pandemic is really over (and yes we can't know yet) you just try to show that SARS-Cov2 is harmless, which it isn't.
Please go through the forums and read all your claims and ask yourself what your inetntion is. Thank you

@ponderable saidIt would be interesting to see the actual change in total deaths. If someone dies of the flu, it is now counted as Coronavirus. If someone with Coronavirus dies of a heart attack, it is counted as Coronavirus.

Our Coronavirus count is inflated with all sorts of other deaths, let alone those who died of Coronavirus but would have died soon anyhow.
Do you have any proof 10k a day are dying or did you just make that up?

@eladar saidI just took the trivial approach to add the daily dead, which is a rounded number with the Covid-19 death which is a rounded number. I didn't cross-check, beacuse that is impossible. As you did when you took your 5% calculation (944000, which is a rounded number by 46000, which is the worldometer number). If you wanted to paly fair you would ahve at least only counted the numbers for March and April up to yesterday (52 days then we had reasonable numbers ), even then it would be a very rough calculation,. And that would be about 10% of death related to Covid-19.

What about: We can take stock AFTER teh end of teh pandemic is not to be understood?
@ponderable saidSo you are making the assumption that covid death counts are all people who would not have died anyhow.

No need for evidence, just your circular reasoning.
Nice
@eladar saidIt was the same assumption you took when starting the thread. Remember?

I just give you an alternative reading to the same facts.
And I claim a long time that we can take stock AFTER the end.
Please answer the qeustion what you intend to achive with the multitude of threads you are creating on this topic, never conceding a point where you have been blatnatly wrong. (Some of us remember the 0 death by May 1st claim, lets see if you comment on the claim on the 2nd.)
Edit: spelling
@great-king-rat saidHow many of those deaths are due to 22 million people losing their jobs?
According to Whodey "Covid by far has cost more lives and money than [West Nile virus, Spanish flu and MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome)] combined, and has effected the entire world."
@ponderable saidLol, ok.

You can't handle getting called out. I suppose you must save face.

@ponderable saidI did not claim that these were new deaths, just that they were deaths attributed to corona virus.
So where are the numbers for your original post from?
Where is the difference between my and your assumptions?
What is your intend?
Where do you see that I claim these are additional deaths?

@eladar saidAsk Whodey, he made the claim. I’m just reposting it for my own amusement. I’m sure he’ll be able to pull some more numbers out of thin air.
How many of those deaths are due to 22 million people losing their jobs?
Are you fighting for your freedom yet, Eladar, you brave Freedom-fighter you?
