That's because you're a liberal/socialist type and don't understand or respect the merit of propagating cultural values that have worked for thousands of years. The good news is that in another few generations, you won't have to struggle with this dilemma since your kind don't tend to marry and have kids anyway because they are so busy experimenting with drugs, homosexuality and abortion.

Bringing children up with certain beliefs is brainwashing, they should be allowed to make their own informed choices as an adult, without the skewed nonsense parents (and others) usually bring into the equation.

I Think yourself and all the other European charlottans of social experiment should stop poking your noses into American culture. Not only are your preconceptions about home schooling and religious values not accurate, its none of your business in the first place.

Be a busy body in your own country.

About the same caliber idiot than you had just about the same ideas. He killed 50 000 000 or more of his own people to try and make it work,it did not.Sad to say is that one day it is going to be like that.

A simple solution. When your text appears bold, edit it and put before your text (without the space):

[ /b]

This will solve the problem.

I have a question for you. Should we teach children morals in school? If so, morals based upon what? That is if we take religion/God out of the mix. In the states we had an incident where a girl was sexually assulted in her classroom while the teacher had left the room or simply was not paying attention. Later the teacher made the quote, "It is not our job to teach morality to these children". In other words, who is the teacher to say that sex in any form or fashion is not morally acceptable? What say you?

The Nazis had the same intolerant and dictatorial idea.

Perhaps we could revive the Hitler Youth. We could once again have the state dictate to our children how to think.

This is a terrible idea - it violates freedom of speech, and freedom of religion.

Ok, why did'nt you say so to begin with? So in this 'school', as you say (and I assume you know this term because you appear to be acquatic in some form or fashion), should we teach morality? Bad Wolfe chose not to answer my last post for whatever reason so I will defer to you or anyone else who wishes to takle the question.

Schools in the US teach a form of skewed morality as well as socialistic, anti religious, anti parent and anti US ideas everyday.... All to indoctrinate 'prefect' children of the welfare state... how this happened I have NO idea, but I have to listen to my 6 yr old daughter tell me how I am messing up EARTH DAY... because I drove her to school... and didnt walk her there... 6 miles...
