Ask most Republicans about our government and you'll hear things like:

"Well (spits tobacco) our Gubrment otta run like a business!"

"Iffin I ran my parts store like they run our country, I'd be outta business!"

" My daughter runs her lemonade stand better than those people run our government"

Please recall the first 3 words in our Constitution: "We the People" It does NOT say:

We the sub chapter "S" Corporations
We the PLLC's
We the offshore Shell Corporations
We the Limited Partnerships
We the Banks
We the Insurance Companies etc.

Nowhere in the American Constitution will you find the word Capitalism mentioned

Governments are not designed to function as for-profit entities. They are designed to: Maintain order and stability. Create rules and responsibilities for citizens. Protect citizens from outside interference. Provide essential services.
Ensure safety, prosperity, and justice.

Maybe it's time for Republicans to read our Constitution and start understanding why it has stood the test of time for nearly 250 years, while the life of the average Fortune 500 company is less than 18.

Not sure what you're going on about here, but it sounds like more misdirection. What I was saying was that Trumpublicans just ensure that the world is all rosy for the Corporations, who then turn right around and bend the rest of us over with high prices. The high prices don't bother the old man cartel in charge of making sure the Corps get reduced taxes and other perks. So of course the Corp CEOs vote Republican. 'Thieves of a feather' and all that.

A corp that does its best and reaps financial reward …..is greedy. By what standard?

You might say ‘compared to other not-so-successful corps? Or, like Eliz Warren and Michelle O say, “they should make and keep only what they need..”

A lot of people say I hate Trump. Not true. I do not know the man.

What I DO know from observing his previous administration is that he does not know what government is for, does not know what HIS job is within the government, and is totally unqualified for the position he is elected to fill.

I hate that "our MAGA friends" did that. If I met and got to know Trump, I doubt that I would like him because I don't like narcissistic bullies in general. I might hate him, if I ever met him. But that remains to be seen.

I DO hate it when someone who doesn't know what he is doing takes over. We should all hate that.

If you live on the east side of town, and a Corp on the west side is being successful on the west side, tell us what that has to do with you. Of course, you have the same rights that they had when they built their corporation… You can join forces with other people and build your own corporation. You may kick their butt. Or you can shoot darts, and at the end of the day tell everyone the corporation should not have that money. But they will ask you why not.
Moral; Never ask a question that you do not know the answer to!

Query: Could it be that you and Kamala, et al want to do away with competition, considered unfair?

Wow. An all-encompassing post about our most-simple Constitution. What an undertaking. And you have yet to mention other concepts, such as abortion and the responsibilities of citizens paying the debts of other citizens, which are also NOT mentioned. I assume that that is how you will round out and close your post.
