Increase funding to help people learn to read?
School is provided for everyone.
If you are too dumb to learn how to read then no amount of money can fix that.
Plenty of inner city schools only have non white teachers and non white students.
Yet those people are the majority of illiterates.
I can't even fathom someone in 2021 being so dumb that they can't read or write or use basic math.
So what is the excuse? You can't blame whitey.
