"Hatewatch has identified a previously pseudonymous author and ideologue whose writings in the 2000s and early 2010s heavily influenced the “manosphere,” a loose network of blogs, forums, websites and influencers who support rolling back women’s rights, reject feminism and advocate for rigid gender roles."
Christopher Moore, 60, is a former academic who has written under the pen name “Francis Roger Devlin” or “F. Roger Devlin” since the early 2000s. He is the author of the highly influential 2006 essay “Sexual Utopia in Power” and a 2015 book by the same name. Both works argue that men are victimized by policies and other efforts to promote sexual and gender equality, which he argues have “made men less attractive to women” and “probably contributed significantly to the decline in Western birthrates.” White nationalists and more mainstream far-right figures have credited Moore’s work as Devlin with shaping the male supremacist movement, or “manosphere,” into what it is today.

Yes, some white nationalists are female (MTG, Lauren Boebert, Nancy Mace, Elise Stefanik and others**), but relatively few. The article describes white nationalism as an outgrowth of the male supremacy movement.

I read the whole article. I am not in favor of outing the man, for the same reason I am not in favor of outing J K Rowling. They and their families are entitled to private lives. However, I do think their hare-brained theories (why jerks don’t find mates) need to be addressed in open debate.

It’s actually white male supremacy.
Hence that incels and the alt-right movement have such a large a cross-over group.
It’s also logical, if your problem is that black people are diminishing your role in society, then it stands to reason that women do to.
And no, it doesn’t make them very attractive.

Fact is, society is evolving, gender roles are changing, women can now support themselves without having to marry brutish jerks. Only brutish jerks would think there is something wrong with this arrangement. They are understandably perplexed why modern women don‘t go for them, but they‘re pointing their fingers at all the wrong culprits. They should go find themselves trad-wives (yes, there are women who want the old role models).

Don't forget leviticus , a man is worth 50 shekels and a woman is worth 30. I think the full read meant how much you had to tithe or some such but it does say a woman is not the same value as a man.

Modern society is a bit more nuanced now. Troglodytes who still hold these views are now a minority. Thank goodness I work for a government that has made job discrimination based on race, color, age, gender, and/or sexual preference illegal.
