Well, it's probably not a word, but still an accurate description. Netanyahu and even nuttier right wingers are now in power and their platform is spitting in the face of any chance for lasting peace in the region. Consider:

This may be one of the drawbacks of proportional representation when smaller, more extremist parties can hold the balance of power.

Except they don't - Israel has always been a right-wing, racist state. It was designed as such. Guess where the inspiration came from...

A country is a physical location not a government. You didn't ask for the name of a country anyway you asked for the name of a location.

They are in the nation-state of Israel and are being treated like garbage by their own internationally recognized "democratic" government (which they did not get to elect)
