No, I don't care about Giuliani. It could have been anybody. A set up is a set up. Remember Pelosi being filmed in a hair salon during lockdown without a mask? Both set ups. However, Fauci being out in public without his mask covering his face was not. He opened himself up for that one.

The Pelosi set up was done for political propaganda / spite and had no pretensions in terms of comedic value.
The Borat set ups are done primarily for comedy and they are much more subtle and merely allow the target to ridicule themselves.
Borat is a fictitious character and is not aligned to either campaign.

There’s nothing wrong with a comedy set-up.
