The post that was quoted here has been removedI listened to his show because my dad listened to his show. He was clearly a great orator, and a provocateur, who was fun to listen to. Until recently, I had no idea his radio show was the most listened to in America. I had no idea people were listening to him and actually took him seriously. Most of what he said was intentionally designed to drive wedges between people, creating our modern partisan warfare, ramping up the stakes of whatever meaningless carp was in the news that week. It was funny as long as you recognize it as satire. I mean, some of the stuff he said was bonkers.
@wildgrass saidI remember vividly the day John Lennon died.
Where were you the day Rush Limbaugh died?
Yeah, I don’t really care either.
Have a great day!
