Should all-gender bathrooms be a thing?

Where I live we have separate bathrooms so we don't have to worry about if I had a young daughter in tow.

We also have plenty of single person bathrooms and the big public ones are for malls and stadiums/arenas.

Making those big public ones into any gender is an excuse for scat guys to get their rocks off.
We don't have any women over here screaming for men to be allowed in their bathrooms.

One argument for, could be European cities.

They are old and cramped and those old buildings all squished together might not have the space to have two separate big bathrooms.

In North America we don't have that issue.
