Yep. Fauci funded the creation of the SARS2 virus.
Everyone who funds gain of function research should be killed. It is the only way to reduce the chances of another deadly pandemic. Call it genocide prevention.

If Batman knows that Joker frequently escapes prison to go on yet another murder spree, is Batman responsible if he doesn't eventually kill the Joker? Or should he just keep being a hero constantly returning Joker to prison?
He could use his money to build a better freakin prison than arkham asylum
maybe one in the middle of the ocean.
They have the most dangerous villains (many with super powers) within spitting distance of Gotham.

OK. This was bothering me so I rewatched the 1989 Batman.

Michael Keaton's Batman does deliberately, and thoroughly, kill the Joker in that movie.
