Several years ago, in a financial thread/discussion, I suggested ways to get into rental properties, etc start with one and leverage into more.
You who did have reaped about a 20% increase in the value of your properties!!! That is the number since Biden took office. You can definitely leverage into a few more houses now. Congratulations.
@averagejoe1 saidI always wondered why people having money give the sage advice: Just have money.

Same in germany people are asked to create private wealth for old age. However those most in need (minimum wage persons and thos earning not much more) are the ones who just can't...
@AverageJoe1
Yeah, Biden is SUCH a bitch. Funny how gas near me is now under 3 bucks a gallon but because it is not fifty CENTS a gallon, you whine and whine while what is going on is American economy is growing faster than any other G20 country and inflation is down to under 4 percent and job market is WAY higher than it ever was under Trump but because Biden is dem, he is castigated and those assswipes voting no on say the infrastructure bill are the first ones to tout how great it is when money starts flowing into THEIR states, fukking hypocrites.
@averagejoe1 saidAnd people who rent can barely afford to rent anymore.

Yeah, good job. You idiots will greed yourselves right out of the market.
@sonhouse saidShould you not close your post by querying why he is down 73% in the polls?

Of course this nails your stupid post, but moreso, it shows how disconnected you pitiful libs are
Say “oh yeah, AvJoe, it does seem strange that 73% of us don’t know how wonderful ice cream Joe is.
Jesus Sonhouse. You dig more holes than anyone on the Forum.
Sonhouse , what could those 74% possibly be discontent about?
Ohhhhhh, Sonhouse. Nap time.

We don't start off equal and we can't choose the families we are born into, or the countries of our birth.
Some are born at the top end and wipe themselves out, some are born at the bottom and make it to the top by sheer luck or dogged determination.
Most people aspire to get their kids are better life than they had themselves, that's just human nature.
Some people just don't care, but I believe they're in the minority. If you start with nothing because your parents had nothing, and your health and parental training reflect that, how are you supposed to miraculously get a job that pays well enough to save? Capital doesn't come from nowhere, and you can't start a business without capital.
@averagejoe1 saidOh wow you cams up with the idea of having a rental property portfolio, you have to wonder why no one had thought of that before. Cudos Joe 🙄

@kewpie saidEverything you say is true. No argument from anyone, except Kamala Harris, who says, out loud, that ‘at the end of the day we should all end up in the same place’.

So, to suggest a way to avoid ending up in the same place, I wrote that to the several people like Shav, who, taking three months off from work, would have resources to make such investments and get very rich. I thought I was being a nice guy. You are right, I was not writing that to everyone. I was writing that to people who wanted to have that dogged determination that you write about here in your post . You see, I came from same background of your ‘Born at the bottom’ category. I fear that you would not be one to instill such determination in people to get ahead?
So how would you rewrite my thoughts ?
@suzianne saidIf a person, in your words, greeds themselves, what has that person got to do with a person who, well, does nothing.? If you and I try to see who has the fastest racehorse, my efforts in motivating my horse are not connected to your efforts. The results, of course, are not connected to each other, Marauder philosophy would quite disagree ,
And people who rent can barely afford to rent anymore.

Thus the reason for the forum. Shav would fix it where we all cross the finish line in the same number of seconds.
@averagejoe1 saidFukk off then. Most of the whining is by you alt-right snowflakes.
@AverageJoe1
The forum needs more logic, less whining. I am just putting it on the table.
@AverageJoe1
You totally ignore what I said, the infrastructure bill was passed by Biden when Trump tried and failed even though he owned house and senate and repubs voted it down when Biden put out that bill, EVERY ONE OF THEM and then had the nerve to tout how much good it was doing their state when the money started flowing in.
I guess you don't understand that word hypocrisy.
Why don't you argue I am wrong about that bill instead of just going how poorly Biden is doing in the pols?
Your technique is distract distract distract, and FUK actual debate on actual issues.
Like ignoring the fact I said gas was under 3 bucks a gallon now when you know good and well it was running north of 5 bucks a few years ago before Biden took charge but for you it doesn't matter how low gas goes, it could not possibly be due to anything Biden does.
You refuse to even acknowledge the fact there are MILLIONS of jobs available now when the unemployment rate was through the roof under Trump and you refuse to discuss the fact repubs make no bones about the idea they don't want to even discuss policy bills ONLY interested in circus performance like Jim Jordan and Mike Jonhnson pushing impeachment of Biden with ZERO evidence, where their own lawyers told them there was nothing there but that doesn't make a flying bit of difference, it is the circus they want where they think pandering to their base will keep them in power.
You don't want to tackle ANY of that, ONLY interested in distraction and more distraction and how bad Biden is doing in the pols.
@shavixmir saidHit a nerve with ole 3-month Shav!
Fukk off then. Most of the whining is by you alt-right snowflakes.
Weird observation, though. The underlying basis for our posts is that, please, would you all leave us alone?
Yours is screaming for the stuff of others. Wanting our money to pay your loans. Wanting to force men to join our daughters’ swim competitions. Wanting us to fund your abortions. Wanting us to support that everyone be ‘equal at the end of the day’. The list goes on.
I think of this Shav character on his 3-month vacation, picture his office, door locked, dust building up. No wonder he never writes about productivity. Brrrrrrr
@sonhouse saidHey Sonhouse, my letter just above does not focus on how bad Biden is doing in the polls. It is focused on your leaving us the hell alone.

It is also focused on a question you never answered. You had approved the 6’3” man with big hands and muscles swimming in a girl’s swim competition. So I asked you, 12 times, what if your daughter were swimming in the meet, having practiced for years? I chuckled that in lib style you would say…”I don’t have a daughter!!” Hell, you ignored the question!,!
I focus on that.
