It means that a majority of people in North Ireland voted for a party that stands for the reunification of Ireland which is a good thing politically and socially.
The loyalist parties shutdown Stormont in reaction to it but have finally smelt the coffee, it was an important barrier to overcome on the road to a peaceful unified Ireland
