The FBI is now using some of the same memos that congressional Republicans released as part of their indictment against Smirnov.

Why is the Biden administration arresting this informant now? The FBI has had this for 4 years! Now Biden is locking up the source who told the FBI about it, to discredited the story??!?! This is the 2nd informant Biden has arrested for blowing his whistle about the Biden bribes. An Israeli American citizen told the FBI about the Chinese money going to the Bidens..... In 2018, before they even had the laptop, he has been arrested. Remember Patrick Ho, the spy chief of China who lined the Bidens'pockets....HE was arrested. Remember Devon Archer, Hunter's business partner??? HE has been arrested!! Everyone who blows the whistle on the Biden Syndicate is arrested.

It’s not open to interpretation, he’s been found to have not been where he claims he was at the time he claims to have learned the information that he claimed implicated the Biden’s. It’s called bearing false witness. The question is who put him up to it and why
