McCain is oversexed?

Why wouldn't the Republicans run two Black candidates? They have put more Blacks in high political postings than any Democrat (the so-called party for minorities) president has.

Zeeblebot,

Your poll thingy has as major flaw. The pool that POTUS is most often drawn from is state Guv-nuhz. Put some in your poll and it might end up closer to the real thing than you think. The two major Senate members (Clinton and 'Cain) should remain though. Even if they both do have a major flaw. Hillary Clintons' being that she is Hillary Clinton, and John McCains' being that he is John McCain.

That's just my take on things though. Feel free to carry on as is.

True about governors, but that's assuming there's anyone with decent credibility who actually wants to run. And I think the governor thing may have changed with 9/11 and the recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Knowledge and ability with foreign affairs may be of bigger import now than it has in the past - few governors have much experience with that.
Schwarzenegger maybe, but of course he can't run.

Newt/Condi or Condi/Newt suits me. Newt with anyone else suits me too as long as Newt tops the ticket.

Lieberman/Hillary would get some interest from me also, as long as Joe tops the ticket.
