Whatever problems there are with nationwide injunctions, a judicial decision saying that the Executive need not follow established law is contrary to Constitutional intent.
Will you feel the same way when President AOC declares a national gun violence emergency and orders the seizure of all "assault rifles" in the land? When a District Judge in Texas grants a temporary injunction against it with nationwide effect do you think this court will stay it?
