If I were buying an entirely new wardrobe of fancy tailored duds in some upscale shop it might be a different story. I don't know. Thankfully I don't have that problem.
Presumably all of the other candidates clothes are expensive as well. You don't see the AP running story after story on them though. The one exception I can recall was the aforementioned $400 haircut for Edwards. I wouldn't begrudge him that though--I sure as hell wouldn't spend that kind of money on a haircut, but then I'm also not trying to look as pretty as him. 😵
