That book is a genius inside look at the Third Reich. I read it cover to cover for a class in US history in high school. It is a huge wealth of info.

Several established groups that monitor the violence argue that Nigeria’s conflict is complex and that they have seen no evidence that Christians are being killed at a greater rate than Muslims.
“Even when undertaken with consent or cooperation, foreign military action that appears misaligned with local realities risks strategic blowback,” Professor Adewale said. “It can undermine state sovereignty, fuel suspicion among local populations, and reinforce perceptions that external actors do not fully understand the societies they intervene in.”

The USA just got out of a 20-yr-long campaign in Afghanistan which accomplished ... absolutely nothing--the Taliban are resurgent there as never before. Trump's hit-&-run bombing raids will not bring peace and security to Nigeria, or anywhere else for that matter.
Frankly, I think he doesn't care a jot about world peace or Muslims killing Christians--all he wanted was a Peace Prize. If FIFA had any balls, they'd take back their Peace Prize--but they won't, not after the DoJ dropped charges against FIFA officials.
